What is the S.O.L.E Life Mastermind?
The S.O.L.E. Life Mastermind is a 6-week journey for a small group of women (only 6–8 participants) who are ready to pause, reflect, and consciously shape what comes next—through deep connection, weekly integration, and powerful self-discovery.
Each week, we’ll meet live to explore a new theme—guided by meaningful questions, intuitive coaching, and the collective energy of a group of women committed to growth.
This isn’t a rigid roadmap. It’s an unfolding—anchored in presence, intention, and aligned action. A space to evolve, not perform. To expand, not push.

Hi, I'm Melody
For nearly two decades, I’ve been guiding women and girls to awaken their power, connect with their purpose, and design the lives they love. As an empowerment coach, mom, host of the Empowering Her podcast (ranked in the top 1 percent), and two-time author, I believe in leading by example.
I’ve spent my life curating a life that aligns with my deepest passions. I married the love of my life, am raising twin daughters who inspire me every day and have created a life that feels both intentional and deeply fulfilling—not because it’s perfect, but because I’ve learned how to design it that way.
Along the way, I’ve studied with some of the greats—Louise Hay, Tony Robbins, Gabby Bernstein—and have dedicated myself to helping women just like you uncover the power, brilliance, and possibility already within them.
