In most cases, these are lessons we were never taught as children - and through our mission of empowering our children, we will also be embodying that empowerment for ourselves.

HOW IT WORKS

Go through them at your own pace, however I recommend tackling one at a time, and making your way through all of the sessions.

The Lessons

Each lesson is a 3-4 minute audio recording. Listen whenever it's convenient for you, and listen over and over again to truly solidify the teachings.
